IdeaTribe offers customized programs for all types of teams and organizations. All of our work begins with a needs assessment, so that the program we develop for you matches your organization’s culture and meets your current goals and needs.

Philosophy and Approach
We believe that learning happens through direct experience – not by simply being given information. Our experiential style of training invites everyone to participate fully and play an active role in their own learning. This includes:

Individual, paired, and group exercises and activities
Discussions and coaching that deepen the learning
A variety of media and materials – visual, audio, hands-on

Team-building
When team-building is the focus we use interactive exercises to:

Increase communication and connection between team members
Improve collaboration skills
Boost creativity

When having fun together is a priority the program includes either improv games or hands-on music-making with drums and other percussion instruments that give the whole team an exciting experience of working and playing together.
