This interactive workshop is appropriate for individuals and teams at all levels of an organization who want to develop their leadership. It is based on the belief that everyone has the capacity to be a leader and that leadership is an expression of who you are, not simply what you do. Through conversation, exercises and a range of processes, we will move beyond conventional ideas of leadership and towards bringing all of who you are to everything you do.

Working with others in the program each person explores, tests, and refines their authentic leadership style. This one- to two-day program is devoted to participants:

• Discovering their purpose;
• Identifying their natural strengths;
• Developing a vision for the impact they want to have in their work environment;
• Cultivating new ways of showing up as a leader in their teams and organizations;
• Identifying a work project where they want to focus their leadership development;
• Specific action steps to move forward.
