Women's Leadership Program

The IdeaTribe Women's Leadership Program is based on two premises:

• Women make great leaders
• Women have natural leadership talents

In fact, women are ideally suited to the new leadership style that is emerging. While the old style was top-down, command and control, the new approach is an influence model of leadership. This new kind of leader persuades, empowers, collaborates and partners. Emotional and social intelligence are the most important qualities of a leader, according to Daniel Goleman, author and leadership expert. These talents come naturally to women, and while they are not exclusive to women, they display them more regularly than men.

In this women's leadership program we work with women to cultivate their natural talents as well as integrate qualities that are normally associated with men including being decisive, assertive and tough when necessary.

The Women's Leadership Program inspires and empowers women to step fully into leadership roles inside their organizations. Participants will:
