Kate Roeske “Nothing great was ever created without enthusiasm.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson Kate Roeske is a certified life and leadership coach and trainer who brings over 15 years experience to her coaching, training and consulting work. She works with Fortune 500 companies and non-profits providing inspirational and action-oriented coaching and training. As a professional trainer Kate has designed and presented leadership development and team-building programs for many large New York City companies. These training days are highly interactive and result in sustainable change.
Kate's unique style is highly collaborative in every aspect of her work from the upfront planning stage, where she finds out what is truly important to her clients, through the delivery of the coaching and training. She finds the right solution and creates an experience around that solution that will bring the learning to life for her participants. All of Kate's courses are experientially-based so participants learn by doing. It is dynamic and fun for everyone. Her enthusiasm is contagious and creates a positive experience for all involved. Kate also coaches in many organizations including Fortune 500 companies and a top New York City law firm. She is dedicated to working within organizations and helping individuals step into their own unique style of leadership. She believes strongly that these individuals and organizations both benefit as a result of focusing on individual leadership and creating more work/life balance. Kate is on the core faculty of The Coaches Training Institute, a worldwide training organization that trains individuals to become professional coaches. She has a thriving private coaching practice and is devoted to working with individuals so that they can live the life they dreamed of but never thought was possible. Kate worked for ten years as an Account and Planning Director at Ogilvy & Mather advertising agency. Her primary focus was on strategic development for Fortune 500 companies, which has given her a deep understanding of the issues that leaders, teams and individuals in corporate environments face. She worked on a host of brands including Dove, United Way and Kodak. Kate has an M.A. from Cambridge University in England. She is a certified co-active coach and completed Leadership Training, both through The Coaches Training Institute. She currently is living her own dream in Boulder, Colorado.
