Vanda Marlow Leadership Trainer, Executive and Team Coach
“What you can plan is too small for you to live.
What you can live wholeheartedly will make plans enough.
”
— David Whyte
Vanda Marlow is an executive and team coach who excels at working with entrepreneurs to build teams and bottom lines, while not losing sight of the broader objectives of all stakeholders. Individuals working with her develop the personal skills necessary for authentic leadership and for living a balanced fulfilling life.
As a certified Team Diagnostic facilitator, Vanda specializes in team coaching and leadership development. This powerful diagnostic tool allows her to create programs that fit the unique development requirements of each teams she works with, programs that have measurable results.
Vanda uses the tools and training of the Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching model to deepen her clients' ability to interact with their worlds constructively and creatively. In her native England, Vanda spent more than 15 years pursuing a career in corporate communications, becoming the CEO of a leading London agency at the tender age of 32. She has a reputation for incisiveness and rigor delivered with compassion and a hallmark British humor. Her clients have included Reuters, Safeway, BBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Joie de Vivre Hotels, Kaiser Permanente and the Global Business Network (GBN).
Vanda's work is informed by spending six years working with the dying at Zen Hospice San Francisco, and she is retained as advisor to Metta Institute, an organization that trains medical staff in the care of the dying. In 2008, she worked with GBN and Google to create a Youth Leadership initiative for UNAIDS, bringing together young AIDS activists from around the world to design the next steps in the global fight against AIDS.
Vanda augments her rich personal experience with in-depth training from the leading coach training organizations: Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Center for Right Relationship, New Ventures West and Team Diagnostic International. She has completed powerful leadership trainings from CTI and Angeles Arrien, the renowned Cross-Cultural Anthropologist. She is also trained as a Voice Dialogue Facilitator and is currently in training as a Poetry Therapist. She has a degree in Psychology from Southampton University (England)
